Marie looks after reservations, marketing and the customer service team here at Virgin Traders.
Originating from the UK, Marie spent time in Cyprus before landing in the BVI in 2004. When not in the office she loves to get out on the water, chill out and enjoy life!
In her snap shot you can see her holding Sienna the Koala bear. What the picture doesn't show is Marie trying to pass Sienna off as her ‘hairy baby' and pleading with the keepers to let her take the bear home! (Please don't get confused, this was during a vacation to Australia, there are no Koala bears here in the BVI!)

Chris Groves
Service Manager
Chris aka Chief Petty Officer Groves RN, joined the Royal Navy as a lad and saw service at the Battle of Jutland in May 1916, aboard the Dreadnought Ajax. He then went on to serve during the second world war, Atlantic and Russian convoys, finally leaving the navy after the Falklands conflict in the 1980's.......... well thats what it sounds like .
Chris is Service Manager at Virgin Traders and is fully and entirely responsible for everything that goes wrong whilst one of our yachts is on charter.
Any problems encountered we will give his home phone number, his parents home number, the number of various bars he frequents and all of his friends .....well both of them anyway..

Maria Wells is a fully trained paramedic, served on the ambulances in the UK, so we thought we had better see if we could at least make use of her skills in this direction.
Maria ordered the AED defib machine and other medical bits and pieces, someone else ordered her uniform...........
Cathie Caine
Accountant
Cathie heads up the Accounts and Company Administration here at VT.
Cathie comes from an extensive background of the tourism industry spending many years traveling through Europe and the US on yachts in the summer and ski slopes in the winter....she finally decided to settle down and Tortola became her home.
She now has two boys and a dog (Bruiser) to keep her busy in her spare time and the rest of it is taken up keeping everyone at VT in order!!

Briefing Captain and Senior Dock Staff
Captain Biggie runs through the systems aboard, chart briefings and boat briefings are his speciality.
Biggie has been there and seen it, not much escapes him on check out.
Guests love his easy patient approach, good job Biggie.
